This is an open-window kind of house – with salty-air blowing through one end to the other, connecting every space to the ocean; the sound, the rhythm, the beauty of ever-changing light and movement. 

Peaks of the ocean from carefully placed windows and doors enhance the water connection-even from the shower.  And when the wind get’s chilly on the water side, a private balcony off of the primary suite provides late day warmth and sunset views. 

Nestled into a vibrant beach house neighborhood, the careful design allows each space to have privacy in a quiet, calm setting. But, when it’s time to entertain, all of the needed features are ready to go.
